I noticed that embedded HTML links in messages sent to a group now
automatically are displayed in the tex t messages sent out. Cool.

How long has this been the case and any user tips we should share?

Also, any priority plans to deal with HTML messages differently in the
near future?

I'm not sure what you are referring to, but we have not changed the
processing of HTML emails recently. While we would like to provide some
support for displaying HTML email, we have no confirmed schedule for
doing so.
